Assignment Details

Our client is looking to engage an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to support the design, development, and execution of strategic learning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate L&D, with expertise in creating blended learning programs, driving large-scale capability-building initiatives, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement blended learning programs incorporating instructor-led, virtual, digital, and self-paced learning solutions.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end learning journeys for leadership, functional, and capability development programs.
  • Create scalable learning interventions aligned with business objectives and organizational capability needs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Drive execution of learning initiatives, ensuring high learner engagement and measurable business impact.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external learning partners to deliver seamless learning experiences.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through learner feedback, analytics, and business outcomes, and continuously improve learning interventions.
  • Support the development of learning frameworks, competency models, and digital learning content where required.



     

Skills Required

  • 10–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a corporate environment.
    OR
  • 3–4 years of Learning & Development experience after completing a full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier institute such as XLRI, MDI (HR), SIBM, or TISS.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing blended learning programs, including digital learning and enterprise-scale learning initiatives.
  • Experience building and managing long-term learning journeys and capability development programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Prior corporate L&D experience is preferred; candidates with only training vendor/facilitation backgrounds are less suitable.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and program execution capabilities.
