Assignment Details
Our client, a leading social impact firm, is looking for a finance consultant.
Key Deliverables-
Oversee Accounting and Compliance
• Review Accounting (Incl IT systems) - AP management, accurate cost booking in appropriate ledgers, Book closure, and AR review
• Audit - liaise for statutory and internal audit
• Tax Compliance review (GST, Income tax, TDS, Transfer pricing - monthly, quarterly, and annual compliances)
• MIS Reporting - review MIS reports prepared
• Opex Budgeting - annual preparation of budgets
Overseas Entity Finance Support
• Portfolio valuation and reporting
• Review Accounting and liaise for audit completion
• Oversee tax and compliance
• Funding relationships with ON, ON Affiliates, CFM
Investment Support
• Function support pre-investment - Fin DD
• Quarterly MIS (For Portfolio Valn & QPR)
• Functional support during exits
This project requires Full-Time support for the duration of 12 months.
Preferred location: Bangalore or Mumbai
Skills Required
1. Should be a CA with or equivalent 7 years of relevant experience.
2. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills
3. Should have knowledge of relevant software such as Tally, etc.
