Our client, a leading International Social Impact and non-profit, is looking for a seasoned professional to coordinate and oversee the transition period for one of its entities.
This will involve:
1. Facilitating Legal Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with lawyers and relevant agencies involved in the transition process.
2. Compliance Management: Oversee and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the transition period to avoid any compliance issues.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders such as donors, vendors, and partners to maintain transparency and trust throughout the transition.
4. Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks that may arise during the transition, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
5. Project Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive plan for the transition process, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure its successful implementation.
6. Change Management: Implement strategies to manage and support the organization through the changes brought about by the transition.
Location: Delhi NCR Onsite
Duration: 6 months
*Prior experience in managing finance and admin for an organisation is a must
*A degree in Finance (MBA, CA) and/or as a Company Secretary will be a huge plus
*Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders both internal and external
*Transition Management: Experience in overseeing organizational transitions, preferably in the non-profit sector.
*Legal Compliance-Strong understanding of legal requirements and experience working with legal teams
*Stakeholder Engagement- proven track record of effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders and managing relationships.
*Risk Assessment-Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with organizational changes.
