Assignment Details

Our client is India's leading office space provider. They are looking to engage with a Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant required at creating AOPs and P&Ls for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include-
1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and assess performance against targets.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
5. Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions through rigorous financial analysis and due diligence.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
7. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors to inform financial forecasts and strategic planning initiatives.

Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field. MBA in Finance or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 5-6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, preferably within consulting or corporate environments.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader implications of financial decisions on organizational goals.
