Assignment Details

The Advisor shall provide the following Services to the Client:
- Develop a firsthand understanding of key players in Social Benefits (including Jan Sahas, Haqdarshak, CFAR and Indus Action) – through field visits, partner meetings & review of documents
- Help Indus Action to plan and prepare for the Design Sprint in August 2023, and also support McKinsey’s association with Indus Action in the ‘’learning sprint on the UBI (Unified Benefits Access)’’ coalition knowledge collateral bringing in the perspective of last mile state capacity
- Participate in events 7-9 August and move the coalition discourse towards shared clarity & commitment on the UBI prototype
- Build a POV on the broader landscape and any new investment opportunities that can unlock maximum and sustainable impact

Skills Required

- 10-12 yrs of experience in Development sector
- Understanding of key players in Social Benefits
- Experience in securing new investment opportunities that can unlock maximum and sustainable impact
