Our client, a leading hospital and healthcare chain, is looking to define a best-in-class standard of care and experience for a key specialty area - Oncology & Chemo daycare. They are looking for a seasoned consultant to help them define this by:
* Looking at the current protocol and patient experience and identifying room for improvement
* Speaking with key internal stakeholders - specialists, nurses, senior management - to identify what additional needs to be designed and offered for the patient and their families
* Understanding best practice - what are the best oncology hospitals doing to offer a high-quality standard of care to their patients, learnings from other industries
* Understanding pain points and expectations from patients and their caregivers
* Defining the new standard of care based on these inputs
* Working with senior management to think through how to communicate this externally - marketing strategies, partnerships, communications materials, etc
This project requires Full-Time capacity for the duration of 3 months in Delhi.
1. 6-10 years experience in consulting
2. Experience in healthcare is expected
3. Experience with go-to-market projects will be a plus
4. Understanding of market research techniques and ability to draw conclusions from the data
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
