One of our investee companies working in the livelihood and social impact space is looking for a senior product / tech advisor who can help them to:
- Work with the leadership team to outline a clear product roadmap and build alignment around this with key stakeholders
- Identify and kickstart a process to track, analyze and monitor key product performance metrics
- Identify options to improve the matching tools using AI, Machine Learning (ML) and and other techniques
- Outline a clear technology implementation plan, including if any external resources need to be leveraged
- Work with the leadership team to define a clear process to track implementation of the various product and tech priorities
- Experience at a quality product, Saas or HRTech or EdTech (People Tech) company
- Understanding of matching technology, use of AI/ML
- Can coordinate with Business and Tech to plan and oversee implementation once product strategy in place
- Prior experience at a quality software/tech company, in B2B SaaS, HR Tech or EdTech is a must
- Proven track record of success in leadership positions in product management is expected
- Extensive experience with AI and ML frameworks will be a plus
- Exceptional project management and organization skills
- Start-up experience would be preferred

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
