Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to engage with a Project Manager, who will be liaising with several stakeholders who are running two different transactions.
Following are the Key deliverables-
- The consultant will be responsible to bring clarity in activities, clear work packages with responsibilities, dependencies articulated, create Gannt chart, drive deadlines, report progress, and liaise with stakeholders for the same .
- The client needs support on missed deadlines, unclear status updates, no consolidated view of all activities, someone who can deliver on deadlines, give status updates, basic project management skills.
- Duration: 1–2 months
Capacity: For the first month it will be 3-4 days/week, but will be reduced after that to 1-2 days a week.
- Adept at project management and associated tools (MS project or simpler web-based alternatives)
- Good presentation and communications skills for status updates/ simple deck building
- Exposure to financial transactions (M&A) and usual processes
- Certification/ training in Prince/ PMP is preferred
