Assignment Details

A well funded venture in the skilling space is looking to onboard a Sales and Business Development Consultant to work with the team on developing and implementing a sales expansion plan.

Responsibilities include:
1. Help develop a plan to achieve the revenue targets for the next 6-8 months
2. Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
3. Provide inputs into developing targeted value propositions for various segments of corporate users
4. Identifying new opportunities for the client to consider to drive performance (growth, market share expansion) across Sales
5. Facilitating a diagnosis of the current Customer marketing and Sales Channels - in terms of performance as well as strength of the systems/processes
6. Use the various marketing channels from a sales and BD angle

The role will be based in Chennai / Bangalore and some travel may be required.

Skills Required

1. Sales experience in a high value product company
2. Experience with Marketing / social media would be a plus
3. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
4. Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
