Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is looking for a Strategy Consultant.
We are seeking a Strategy Consultant to drive growth across three critical dimensions:
Delivering outstanding client engagements
Accelerating business development alongside leadership
Spearheading our AI agent initiative to revolutionize service delivery
This role requires exceptional execution capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance multiple high-impact responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
1. Execute Client Engagements
Lead and manage multiple concurrent consulting projects
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Conduct research, strategic analysis, and framework development
Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic sessions
Create high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, recommendations)
Manage client communications and relationships throughout engagement lifecycle
Mentor junior team members and contractors as needed
2. Support Business Development
Collaborate with leadership and partners to identify and qualify opportunities
Develop proposals, case studies, and thought leadership content
Lead proposal development from RFP analysis to submission
Support pitch presentations and client meetings
Conduct market research and competitive analysis for positioning
3. Lead AI Agent Initiative
Define product roadmap and requirements for AI agent development
Manage product and technology teams for AI solution delivery
Coordinate with external development partners and vendors
Test, validate, and integrate AI agent capabilities into consulting workflows
Develop training materials for deployment and monitor performance for continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements:
Skills Required
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Proven project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong business development acumen and proposal writing skills
Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
