Our Client, a well-funded global start-up is looking to engage with a sales consultant to to help scale their fleet business aggressively.
Roles and Responsibilities include :
1. Help the client acquire more fleet partners by convincing them to get onboarded onto their platform or scale up their current involvement.
2. Increase the scale of the platform through acquisition of such SME's providing fleet services.
3. Strategise & implement policies to undertake lead generation and increase conversion rate e.g., working with travel/tourism operators etc
4. Create solutions in alignment with the core internal team and help implement and rollout the same
# This is a 6 months engagement subject to extension of another 6 months. The locations include Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata.
1) Experience in sales/BD in the transportation, tourism or logistics industries is a plus
2) Experience in selling to large businesses and SMEs is a must
3) Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
4) Critical thinking and problem solving skills
5) Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
6) Closing / negotiation skills and motivation for sales
