Our client, an international Social venture that enables land regularization in globally, is looking to engage with an experienced consultant to help them in business planning and establishment in India, i.e. facilitate the expansion of their
activities across multiple Indian states.
Key Deliverables :
1. Market Analysis
- Core intervention recommendations based on high-level landscape analysis of current efforts and gaps
- Recommendations for places of performance/geographic focus
- Recommendations for sectors of performance (i.e. urban, peri-urban, forest)
2. Product and service offerings
- Work on fee-for-service offerings
- Develop grant-making mechanisms for small grants to local partners
- Highlight competitive advantages
3. Compiling & guidance to the financial analyst who will be working on financial projections
4. Company description and start-up plan
- Conduct some conversations on the kind of entity, registration plan and timeline, including identifying location for a physical office and recommended legal support. Design a hypothesis on the organization structure along with necessary approvals on the basis of these conversations.
Note: This is a 6-8 week project requiring part-time, remote support
1.Prior experience in working in a top tier strategy consultant is a must
2. Should have exhaustive experience in developing business plans
3. Working in the investment background (PE, VC) with relevant experience in driving fundraisers would be preferable
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
