Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end import planning activities for upstream operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and inventory status.
  • Track import documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze supply chain risks and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
  • Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and operational updates for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning and improve supply continuity.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and animate regular planning discussions/review meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within import and planning operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of import/export operations and supply chain planning.
  • Experience in logistics coordination and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
