Our client is a Management consulting firm and they are looking for a consultant who can help in B2B growth who can work with the client's sales team to achieve confirmed pipeline of INR 600+ Cr in process equipment space – Agitators, Heat exchangers, Columns, Pressure vessels, Glass line equipment.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop demand generation campaigns/programs focused on driving B2B pipelines to accelerate the customer journey and increase sales volume
- Identify Key Accounts: Use criteria such as revenue potential, strategic value, and growth potential to categorize and prioritize key accounts.
- Develop Account Plans: Create tailored strategies for each key account, outlining specific objectives, action plans, and timelines.
- KPIs and Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and satisfaction of key accounts.
- 3+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or a related role within a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
