Assignment Details

Our client, India's leading Real estate Company is looking to engage a Strategy Consultant who will be responsible for working with senior stakeholders to create a Marketing plan for the coming 1-2 years that will help achieve the aggressive growth targets defined. The consultant will play a crucial role in assessing the current and future growth plans.

Roles & responsibilities:-
1. Work closely with major stakeholders including the head of sales and marketing and the promoters.
2. Assess the current growth plan for the year and where that will help the company get to.
3. Identify improvements needed in processes and the Marketing & Sales structure to get to growth targets defined.
4. Identify additional levers for growth e.g., leveraging additional channels
5. Outline opportunities and levers based on an assessment of other real estate companies and how they have grown.

Duration: 4 Months
Capacity Required: Full time
Work Nature: On-site /hybrid
Location: Mumbai

Skills Required

1. At least 5 years in strategy consulting with experience in developing growth and GTM strategies
2. Consulting experience preferred.
3. MBA preferred from Tier 1 colleges.
4. Deep knowledge of the real estate industry.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
