Our client, India's leading Real Estate Company is looking to engage a Consultant who can help them identify process and structural changes needed to deliver a much larger scale of operations (more projects and projects with greater complexity).
Roles & responsibilities:-
1. Work in close collaboration with the Director of Projects, Director of Operations and the Promoter (MD)
2. Outline the scale of operations expected in the next 1-3 years on select key parameters - number of projects, size, complexity, type etc - and contrast with the current levels
3. Benchmark how other leading real estate companies are managing operations and project delivery, identify best practices in terms of organisation structure and decision-making processes.
5. Identify improvement areas for the organisation and detail them out together with the senior team
6. Facilitate early implementation of the new processes and refine as needed
1. At least 8 years in strategy consulting with experience in driving projects focused on performance improvement
2. MBA preferred from Tier 1 colleges.
4. Deep knowledge of the real estate industry.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
