Our client is looking for a seasoned strategy consultant to help with assessing the market for a new service line they are launching as well as helping scope a pilot/POC.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Market Sizing & Competition Benchmarking - this will involve developing a view on the demand for the service line with a focus on the pilot market Bangalore, and understanding what they key competitors are doing in the space
2. Conducting in-person interviews with patients to develop a view to understand challenges and unmet needs - 60% of the patients could be existing users of the client's services with the rest using other healthcare providers
3. Using the learnings from the market assessment and deep customer interviews to help synthesise the proposition better - which will include all the products and services to be offered and potential pricing
4. Working with the client to refine the plan for the pilot, including success metrics
5. Designing and executing an online survey with 800-1,000 respondents to build on insights gathered from the interviews - this can happen in parallel to the pilot implementation
The Senior consultant will work with a team to deliver 1 - 4 over a 5-6 weeks timeframe.
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on healthcare
- Experience of driving market research, and deriving consumer insights.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
