1. Independent review of the investment hypothesis covering review of UAE fintech landscape.
2. Critical review of the business plan prepared by the Target including 'planned product offerings', 'Go to market strategy', 'path to profitability', 'management capabilities', 'existing technology and roadmap.
3. Adherence with licensing requirements and compliance with local law.
4. Participation in calls with Target's management.
The consultant would be required to provide his advisory services on an hourly need basis.
1)Over 7 years of relevant experience in digital Payment/wallet Fintech Industry.
2)Good understanding of the Middle East landscape.
3)Strong experience on creating GTM Strategy, technology product road map.
4)Thorough knowledge of the licensing and compliance of the local law.
5)Good communication and written skills in English
