A leading Consulting firm is looking to engage with a -Strategy Consultant, below are the key requirements for the role.-
Key Responsibilities-
1-Collaborate with both founding teams to define and refine short- and long-term business strategies
2-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions
3-Build detailed financial models and compelling investor pitch decks
4-Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential investors (VCs, angel investors, and institutional funds)
5-Lead the fundraising process across stages (Seed to Series A), including outreach, due diligence, and negotiations
6-Advise on monetization, product-market fit, and customer acquisition strategies
7-Support investor reporting, KPI tracking, and preparation of investment materials
8-Navigate regulatory and compliance considerations, especially relevant to fintech in the UAE
9-Recommend strategic partnerships and growth opportunities across both domains
1- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or startup advisory roles
2-Demonstrated success in fundraising and growth strategy for early-stage startups
3-Strong financial modeling, business analysis, and storytelling skills
4-Deep understanding of sports tech and fintech ecosystems, including investor expectations
5-Familiarity with the MENA startup and investor landscape, particularly in fintech and regulatory environments
6-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
7-Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
8-Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for scaling innovative ventures

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
