Our client is looking for a high-impact Service Operations Analyst to join their team Service Operations organization plays a core role in the cost-to-serve transformation program. This position sits at the intersection of data, operations, and execution, with a clear mandate: turn operational data into actionable insights and drive tangible efficiency, productivity, and cost
improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Analytics & Benchmarking
-Analyze complex service operations datasets (productivity, utilization, cost, quality, safety, SLA performance).
-Develop cost-to-serve and performance benchmarks across regions, countries, and service lines.
-Identify structural drivers of cost and inefficiency and highlight best practices and performance gaps.
* Cost-to-Serve Transformation
-Be part of the core cost-to-serve transformation project team, working end-to-end from diagnostic to implementation.
-Decompose cost structures and service delivery models to identify sustainable cost and productivity opportunities.
-Support the design and rollout of target operating model improvements, including workforce productivity, planning, process efficiency, and service mix optimization.
-Track benefits realization and ensure improvements are embedded and sustained, not one-off initiatives.
* Performance Improvement & Value Creation
-Size and prioritize value creation initiatives with clear business cases and impact hypotheses.
-Translate analytical insights into practical, implementable solutions aligned with operational realities.
-Partner with regional and local Service Operations teams to drive execution and adoption.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
-Act as a thought partner to senior operations and finance leaders on performance, cost, and productivity topics.
-Prepare executive-ready materials that clearly link data, insights, and recommended actions.
-Engage cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, Digital) to enable integrated solutions.
* Continuous Improvement & Capability Building
-Contribute to the development of standard metrics, dashboards, and performance management routines.
-Support the shift toward a data-driven, continuous-improvement culture within Service Operations.
-Play an active role in broader operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
NOTE:
Capacity - Full Time
Location - Bangalore preferred; exceptional candidates from other locations in India will also be considered
Duration - 6 months (Extendable)
Experience & Background
- 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, or internal transformation roles.
- Strong exposure to operations, cost transformation, or performance improvement in service-intensive environments.
- Experience working with global or multi-country stakeholders is a strong advantage.
Skills & Capabilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-structuring skills; able to work from ambiguity to clarity.
- Solid understanding of cost-to-serve concepts, productivity metrics, and operational economics.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders credibly.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quantifiable impact.
