Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization is looking to engage with a Consultant- Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition of Chain Accounts both regional and national for the client's portfolio
2. Continue to build and manage existing accounts.
3. Maximizing sales of the entire range to customers
4. Enter into annual contracts with the accounts.
5. Ensure compliance of customers with the contractual commitments
6. Ensuring execution of service delivery and implementation of SOP at Key Accounts
7. Liaison with the on-ground sales team to monitor customer satisfaction
8. Ensuring execution of marketing plans in the region with required coordination with Marketing
9. Plan and manage sector specific initiatives.

Skills Required

1. Good knowledge of Cleaning and Hygiene chemicals. Independently capable of recommending right chemical for the right application.
2. Good knowledge of the Competition within the industry
3. Experience of industrial selling to facility management companies, hotels, restaurants or educational institutions
4. Existing network with chain accounts
5. Good presentation skills
6. Ability to present to Senior Management / CXO and owner of Head of facilities, HoReCa, etc
7. Experience of collaborating across functions and organizational levels
8. High Level of Problem-Solving ability
9. Ability to design and present customized proposition to clients.
