Our client, a leading global Energy management and Automation company, is looking for a Consultant - Pricing Capability Owner - MDF.
Key Responsibilities:
Capability & Process Governance
● Design and maintain the global MDF core process end-to-end: programs, funds, activities, claims and settlement within SE Pricing Waterfall.
● Ensure MDF processes and requirements align with Global Commercial Policy, Platinum Rules, validated by key stakeholders (BU ComPol and/or Pricing Leaders, Zones / Key Countries Pricing / Quotation Leaders).
● Drive MDF simplification and continuous improvement of the processes and digital tool, pioneering innovation.
Product Ownership & Continuous Improvement
● Own and prioritize the MDF backlog in Vistex, translating country feedback and new use cases into ranked, business-valued requirements.
● Participate in user-story grooming with digital, testing and validation during development Sprints. Ensure no deviations from the global MDF design and process.
● Support process, functional and system design for new MDF features (fund types, calculation methods, approval hard-checks, delegation). Present to Design Authority when needed.
Implementation and Adoption
● Support preparation and validation of MDF deployment plans for pilots and roll-out across zones and key countries.
● Run as-is to to-be MDF process assessments with countries during engage phase, capture gaps and drive transformation and support change management.
● Actively communicate, training, guides, deployment highlights and other related information to maintain an active community of users.
● Maintain MDF documentation: requirements, MDF Playbook, Chart of Authority and training material.
Current Focus
● Core-model simplification: Collecting country feedback and converting simplification needs into controlled process and backlog changes.
● Country gap resolution: Designing compliant responses to local operating-model gaps identified during deployments.
● Process ownership: Defining requirements, validating gaps, maintaining guardrails and driving digitisation with RTP stakeholders.
● Deployment enablement: Supporting Fit2Core, demos, UAT, training content, playbook updates and country readiness.
