Responsibilities include:
1. Assist in evaluation of a potential investment opportunity of a niche API
manufacturing unit supplying to regulated markets.
2. Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders of the private equity firm based on site visits and diligence of the API manufacturing unit
3. Identifying, scope and size of potential clients/ sources of business of the potential investment opportunity
4. Analysing risk and suggest contingency plans to mitigate risk
5. There may be follow on work as a senior advisory if the transaction concludes
Note: This project may require travel to Bangalore.
1. Leadership experience in a high quality API or formulations firm is a must
2. Prior experience in Pharma manufacturing sector is a required
