Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian Media & Broadcasting house is looking for a Head of Digital Customer Acquisition & Marketing.

-Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth across multiple online platforms e.g., LinkedIn
-Inside sales management
-Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Plan for Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, pay-per-click advertising
-Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve lead generation and lead qualification
-Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital sales from vendor partners, while enabling upselling opportunities to the existing customer base

Skills Required

-Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies, preferably within a telecom or technology-driven industry
-Experience in Inside Sales is a must
-Experience in leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, demonstrating the ability to mentor, motivate, and drive results to acquire customers
-Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective digital marketing strategies to target customers across verticals with the requirement of network service
-Development of content for marketing: Strategic approach to consistently create and share relevant content for Enterprise customers
