Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking experienced Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Experts to support the engagement in a Cost Optimization project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Expertise: Analyze and optimize the manufacturing processes within the electronics manufacturing industry. Identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier management, and materials sourcing strategies.
Manufacturing Knowledge: Provide insights and guidance on manufacturing best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiency within the PCBA manufacturing sector.
Design Expertise: Contribute to product design enhancements, product development, and innovation in line with industry standards and client requirements.
Consultation: Collaborate with the client's team to understand their specific needs, provide expert advice, and assist in project implementation
Location: Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore (with travel across locations)
Duration: 6 months + extension
Skills Required
-Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing services, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, or design.
-A strong understanding of the electronics manufacturing ecosystem, including OEMs, EMS companies, and Tier 1 suppliers.
-Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Willingness to travel between client locations (Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore) as needed, up to 1-2 locations per week.
