Our Client, one of NCR’s leading real estate developers, is looking for a Construction PMO Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in monitoring construction project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate monthly war-room meetings and cluster-level project reviews to assess progress and address execution challenges.
- Track project delays, risks, dependencies, and pending action items to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution.
- Monitor project performance against planned schedules and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across design, contracts, procurement, billing, and other construction management functions.
- Prepare project trackers, management presentations, review reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to gather updates and facilitate issue resolution.
- Identify process gaps and support initiatives to improve project delivery, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation and action trackers to ensure accountability and timely closure of deliverables.
- Support senior client stakeholders in project reviews, performance monitoring, and construction excellence initiatives.

• Understanding of G+4 and high-rise construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, contractor billing, and project management.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in PMC firms or construction project management, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
