Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Diamond Manufacturing Expert. They want to implement lean process design principles across the diamond manufacturing value chain. The project scope includes a detailed assessment of current state operations, design and prioritization of key improvement initiatives, and implementation of selected initiatives.

Work involves:
- Provide process expertise in diamond manufacturing to understand client operations, identify gaps and challenges, and recommend solutions to improve operations.

Duration: 1 month
Capacity: 1 day/week
Location: Preference for Mumbai/Coimbatore

Skills Required

- Experience in diamond manufacturing
- Experience in lean design principles
- Nice to have: Experience in the diamond supply chain, including sales, distribution and planning
