Our client a leading FMCG company is looking for an experienced industry professional to support the improvement and growth of its biscuit and confectionery business through global benchmarking, strategic insights, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client's biscuit and confectionery business across manufacturing, operations, supply chain and R&D.
-Benchmark business practices, operating models and performance metrics against leading international biscuit and confectionery companies.
-Identify operational gaps and opportunities to improve productivity, manufacturing efficiency, quality and cost competitiveness.
-Share global best practices and industry insights relevant to the Indian and international markets.

-12 to 18+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, food processing, biscuits, or confectionery.
-Background in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D.
-International experience/exposure is mandatory.
-India-based candidates with international exposure will be considered, as will candidates based overseas.
-Experience working with or benchmarking leading global FMCG and confectionery organizations.
-Strong understanding of global industry practices and business transformation.
