Assignment Details

The client is one of the leading Indian Multinational Enterprise Software organisation and is keen to enter into a new segment.

Aspiring to engage with a consultant who can help them in the below key deliverables for a project duration of 6 week on a remote basis.

Key Deliverables-
1. Assessing the market size, trends and growth drivers for the selected verticals within business services - using a combination of secondary research, interviews and expert conversations.
2. Identifying the gaps v/s opportunities.
3. Mapping business models and competitors, understanding industry economics
4. Understanding the landscape and how that is likely to evolve
5. Developing a view on the Go to Market strategy for the said segment, which looks at a combination of organic and inorganic opportunities.
6. Developing a shortlist of potential acquisition or JV/partnership target based on an assessment along key parameters
7. Preparing an outline of a broad business plan for the next 3 - 5 years for the segment

Skills Required

3. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
4. Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
