We are looking for a seasoned consultant who can help us develop and implement a Key Account Management approach for our strategic bancassurance partners, across private banks, PSUs, MFIs and NBFCs.
1) Create KAM strategies and plans by account so that each key relationship is strengthened, well managed and sustainable
2) Help structure the sales/relationship teams if needed to deliver on these strategies
3) Facilitate initial execution of these plans and refine as needed
4) Help develop an overall systematic approach so that the organisation gets larger share of wallet from the partners
5) Develop strategies across a very diverse set of stakeholders - from financial services to auto companies and dealerships (general insurance)
6) Developing strategy to generate business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts for the business
7) Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
1) Hands on proven experience in key account management in financial services or in consulting
2) Excellent organizational skills
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
4) Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
5) Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
