Assignment Details

Our Client a leading FMCG company is looking for a professional to work for the demand side of FMCG on initiatives like Zero-based budgeting. The consultant would be required to:

- Provide Clarity on what actions needs to be taken to optimize/reduce/bring efficiency in cost or enable growth.
- Perform external benchmarks within FMCG that will help to drive decisions
- highlight potential risks and methods to unlock bottleneck.
- Oversee the clean-up, review and validation of financial statements, accounts, etc
- Address issues and guide the team accordingly
- Highlight inconsistencies in the accounts and provide resolution to open issues

Skills Required

- Experience of working in demand function of an FMCG ( sales /Marketing) at both field as well as central level with a clear understanding of FMCG demand functions deliverables & related cost
- Expert knowledge of the ZBB concept
- Prior experience of delivering cost transformation engagements and growth transformation in the field of Route to market, Trade spend /Margins/A&CP in a mid-size or large organization
- Have working experience in change management as a consultant
- Have an understanding of Automation /Power BI led transformation with clear hands-on experience of delivering/leading Automation project
- Have a clear understanding of the SNOP+ concept
- Have working experience of Transformation /merger/acquisition & related efficiency /roadblocks
- Hands-on end to end experience of driving and delivering transformation initiatives including tracking value realization.
