Assignment Details

Our client is a leading FMCG company and are looking to engage with an IT consultant with Adobe commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the successful delivery of Requirements and ongoing operations of
existing products.
2. Act as a bridge between various teams and stakeholders, overseeing the entire
delivery process from conception to implementation.
3. Analyze current support processes (e.g., ticketing systems, call routing, knowledge base) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
4. Streamline bug reporting and resolution processes.
5. Collect and analyze support data (e.g., ticket volume, resolution times, customer
satisfaction) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Establish and maintain standards for secure coding practices, vulnerability
management, and incident response.
7. Managing the project and run budgets/commercials/IT contracts.
8. Sustain and Develop partner relationships & teams.

Skills Required

- B.Tech in Computer Science / MCA is must, MBA from a top college is preferred.
- Experience in running mission critical systems and exposure to end-to-
end large-scale project implementations.
- Proficiency in capabilities like Adobe Commerce, PIM solutions, Google Cloud
Platform, JIRA, confluence would be preferable.
- Excellent stakeholder & vendor management skills.
- Attention to detail, Self-starter, problem-solving attitude, being accountable.
- Excellent inter-personal and communicative skills, willing to support the teams at a high level of excellence.
- Proven experience of Delivery model in Agile, scrum and Squad models involving both country business team and vendor partners.
- As the role is Global, the successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to
accommodate time zone differences.
- Experience of working with Global business, BEM, Business partners, Geo IT and extensive vendor teams.
