Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking to engage with Java Backend Developer. Someone who will contribute to product development and should be proficient in Java for backend development, with experience working in a Scrum team environment focused on Java Backend.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development of key functionality within the application
2. Carry out design reviews/code reviews at agreed points throughout the project life cycle
3. Work closely with the client application development team to know more on what is required
4. Hands on design and development of technical artifacts
5. Participate in technical reviews, define/Improve processes on configuration management, deployment and resiliency planning for the application.
Skills Required
Requirements & Skills:
1. Proficiency in Core Java, Spring, Spring boot, Spring Data, REST APIs, Spring MVC, Maven, Junit5.
2. Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
3. Proficiency in SQLSQL, MongoDB or any nosql databases.
4. Hands-on experience working with Linux platform and Jenkins Pipelines.
5. Proficiency in Object Oriented Design Patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms
6. Proven problem solving and analytical skills
7. Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development
8. Exposure to Git, maven, sonar and JIRA desirable
9. Having knowledge about docker, Kubernetes will be plus
10. Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills.
11. Strong problem-solving skills
12. Ability to multi-task.

Experience Level:
Minimum 6 years of rich development experience in areas mentioned above
