Our client is a leading Indian multinational healthcare group. Apart from the eponymous hospital chain, the company also operates pharmacies, primary care and diagnostic centers, and telehealth clinics through its subsidiaries.
The client is looking at building Strategic Alliances. The main objective of this role would be to manage, conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as otherwise. The role is expects the consultant to achieve 8-10 partnership alliances.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship
management.
2. Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with key
targeted partners and further re-inforce healthy behavior's.
3. Sustain, manage and cultivate a relationship with partners to foster
deeper relationships and explore new opportunities
4. To ensure right positioning of the product in order to enhance the value
proposition and distribution of the product to the allied partners.
5. Regular health check, personalization and customization of the product
if required.
6. Consideration on ways to expand the value added services on the
product.
7. Research, establish, and develop new strategic alliances and
partnerships
8. Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand
current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
9. Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
1. Should have an ideated mind and strong experience on networking.
2. Strongly understands preventive health measures.
3. Should be extremely aggressive.
4. Exceptional communication skills.
5. Proven ability towards constructive networking.
6. Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
7. Must have a thorough understanding of Alliances in the Indian market
and should be able to drive a business independently.
8. Ability to build cross-functional relationships to create synergies.
