Our client, an Indian conglomerate, is looking to engage with a passionate and driven professional to support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization. The role will focus on enabling inclusive workplace practices, coordinating DEI programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational values of fairness, representation, and belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Support the planning and execution of DEI initiatives and programs
2-Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote diversity and inclusion across teams
3-Assist in designing and implementing policies that support equitable practices
4-Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns on DEI topics
5-Track and report DEI metrics, progress, and impact
6-Conduct research and benchmarking on DEI best practices
7-Support employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive culture
8-Ensure documentation and communication of DEI efforts across the organization
9-Identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements in DEI practices
Note : Only women candidates preferred
1- 2–5 years of experience in HR, DEI, program management, or related roles
2- Strong understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts and frameworks
3- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
4- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively
5- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data
6- High level of empathy, cultural awareness, and sensitivity
7- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
