Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Review and simplify existing differentiated TB care models and identify implementation gaps, bottlenecks, and unnecessary complexity.
  • Develop context-specific differentiated TB care frameworks and care packages for different states and health-system settings.
  • Provide strategic and technical assistance to state TB programmes and Foundation-supported partners.
  • Support the design and implementation of TB care demonstration projects across selected states/sites.
  • Develop or adapt clinical decision-support tools, care pathways, algorithms, SOPs, and implementation guidelines.
  • Strengthen the TB treatment pathway, including treatment initiation, adherence support, clinical review, continuity of care, and timely escalation.
  • Support TB death reviews and mortality-focused quality improvement, identifying preventable factors and system-level gaps.
  • Conduct implementation reviews, troubleshoot operational challenges, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to programme teams.
  • Generate implementation evidence, case studies, technical briefs, and cross-site learning.
