Our client is an investor that is building a strong portfolio of assets in the pharma and biopharmaceutical domains. They are looking for a Consultant to help them in drafting a framework, key standards and policies for managing third-party vendor relationships. These policies are expected to be implemented by all investee companies in order to ensure that any risks associated with third-party relationships are identified and appropriately planned for.
Roles and Responsibilities would include:
- Identifying the full set of third-parties that need to be covered by the framework including and not restricted to raw material suppliers, service providers etc
- Outlining a framework and a set of standards that need to be followed when engaging with third-party vendors
- Determining implications on contracts/service agreement formats and ensuring these are part of the standard drafts
- Identifying specific policies that are needed including data protection
- Developing a draft of the key policies needed and refining these based on feedback from client stakeholders
- Prior experience in drafting and implementing vendor management policies is a must
- Prior Experience in Pharma Industry would be a huge plus.
- Strong written communications and writing skills to develop ready to use high-quality documents
