Assignment Details

Our client, a leading finance company is looking for consultants with expertise on Branch Infra management from NBFC/Bank/Insurance.

The Key Responsibilities Include
1.Identifying the office premises through local brokers, IPCS and local Business officials.
2.Conduct Site visit of identified locations as per instruction.
3.Rates negotiation & execution of Lease Agreement along with coordination with partner and internal stakeholders
4.Supervising Infra Projects and allied activities including technical inputs of construction & coordination as per the company norms.
5.Coordination of the Property handing over & taking over process.
6.Liason with landlords, property brokers, vendors, local suppliers and agents and act as the representative of the management for execution of tasks at optimum cost and timely manner

The project duration would be for 3 months.
-Chennai(Tamil & English is mandate, Kanada and Telugu preferred) and

Skills Required

1.Must have experience on Branch infra management from NBFC/Bank/Insurance.
2.Undertake travel as per company’s requirement.
3.Be pro-active, process driven and organized in discharging Infra related activities.
4.Maintain rapport with stakeholders of various department for effective execution of assigned tasks
5.Take inputs from the Corporate Office and ensure proper, timely and accurate execution.
6.Good Communication skills
