Assignment Details

Our client, a leading custom research and analytics firm, is looking to engage with an Industrial Security Consultant who can help them on getting the strategy framework in place and identify best way of training local population in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities -

- Designing strategy
- Work on organization design
- Work on training programs

*Note - This project might require travel to Riyadh if needed.

Skills Required

- Must have experience working in Saudi Arabia / other International Countries
- The consultant must have an understanding of the Saudi market.
- Having experience in HR Talent Management is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
