Our Client, a leading FMCG Organization is looking to engage with Consultant - MIS Associate.
Key Responsibilities
1-Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports, quality reports, client service reports, and performance status reports using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
2-Collect, analyze, and document quarterly and half-yearly performance data to support business decision-making.
3-Conduct trend analysis and identify data insights to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
4-Automate recurring reports and dashboards for streamlined reporting processes.
5-Lead and delegate tasks to MIS team members while ensuring smooth coordination with management.
6-Maintain compliance, bookkeeping, and reporting documentation as per company norms and standards.
7-Follow up on outstanding recoveries and ensure timely closure of agency settlements.
Support management with ad-hoc data analysis, presentations, and reporting:
1-2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
2-Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & VBA, including complex formulas, dashboards, macros, and reporting automation.
3-Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
4-Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
5-Experience in preparing MIS reports, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
6-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a deadline-driven environment.
Good to Have
1-Exposure to SAP HANA.
2-Quick learner with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
