Assignment Details

Our client, a business management consulting firm, is looking for an Operations Manager to run the business side of the foundation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Coordinating with the start-ups, scheduling meetings, ensuring agreements are signed, ensuring they are getting the required support from mentors and resolving any issues they are facing. (removed mentoring). Building a pipeline of startups for investing and mentoring.

2. Coordinating with the investors, scheduling meetings, ensuring agreements are signed, ensuring they are getting the required support from the foundation and resolving any issues they are facing. Building a pipeline of investors and mentors. Liaising with investors to ensure funds are transferred and keeping them updated about the startups and foundation.

3. Coordinating with the mentors, scheduling meetings, ensuring agreements are signed, ensuring they are getting the required support from the foundation and resolving any issues they are facing. 4.Support on business development activities wrt to digital marketing, etc to grow the brand and build a pipeline of startups, investors and mentors.

Skills Required

1. Should have a strong business acumen and should be willing to work independently.

2. Must be able to anticipate issues that can affect successful outcomes and can approach challenges with creative solutions.

3. Should have a relevant prior experience in the Digital Marketing sector.

4. Should have experience in the start-up culture.
