Our client, a management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Strategy Consultant to Formulate the Growth Plan.

Work Involves:

1. Identify current and future market trends, needs and identify growth needs.
2. Assist in developing conventional growth plans and tactics to maximize the potential of the business.
3. Facilitate implementation of business plans and marketing.
4. Identify current and future market trends, needs and identify growth needs.
5. Competition analysis,
6. Growth strategy for the client's SME & housing finance business.
7. The client would like to grow the book size from 20k Cr to 45k Cr and they need to help with the strategy to do that
8. Market segmentation, understanding the ID segments & building a blueprint for operationalizing the work.

This project requires Part-Time capacity for the duration of 10-12 weeks.

Skills Required

1. 2-3 years of consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm.
2. Strong data analysis and report-writing skills.
3. Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner.
