Assignment Details

Our client, an Investment firm, is looking for a strategy consultant to help design and institutionalise an operating framework for the company.

Roles & Responsibility:
1) Defining the role of the company and its key objectives
2) Drawing up KPIs that tie into the problem statement defined (i.e. those KPIs need to be linked to a PMS) so that the various teams can be deployed strategically
3) Designing and institutionalizing reporting and management frameworks to monitor those KPIs (i.e. monthly management dashboards, etc).

Skills Required

- Experience of working in a top-tier firm is a plus
- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
