Our client, a leading Not for Profit humanitarian organization, works in the public health and equity space. They are looking to engage with a Grant Proposal-writing expert to develop proposals for their various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Write concept papers and proposals with which to secure funding for the organization's programs.
2. Creating concise pieces that communicate the humanitarian situations in question
3. Coordinate closely with the leadership and attend team meetings
4. Participating in problem-solving sessions with senior and program leadership to develop the right approaches for a specific RFP/proposal
5. The RFP will be shared in a phased manner as the requirement comes up
Location: Remote
Capacity: 2-3 days a week
Duration: 1-3 months
-Hands-on experience in developing Grant Proposals in development or related sector
-Prior experience working in the Public Health sector is a must
-Strong working knowledge of word processing software and other similar tools
-Attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
-Good strategic planning abilities.
