Our client, a leading food service company that has 1800 stores across India (in tier 1 and tier 2/3), is looking to engage with a consultant who can help drive same-store sales growth for them.
Work involves:
1. Developing a playbook to ensure strong performance - may have this by the segment of the store (city size, scale, etc)
2. Working with the regional leadership to help improve the performance of stores that are not doing well.
3. Streamlining and coordinating with Regions for site acquisition ensuring timely delivery of targeted sites.
4. Responsible for Mapping/Exploring/Driving opportunities for stores in different locations.
5. Manage new store opening processes including timelines by partnering and communicating cross-functionally to efficiently open new opportunity locations
6. Develop and communicate volume forecasts, sales plans, and programs while tracking and adhering to spending budgets Prioritize and track weekly activities and opportunities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
1. Must have a business/financial understanding of QSR and/or convenience stores.
2. Must be hands-on and pragmatic, with business sense.
3. Must have exceptional personal/human relationship skills.
4. Must be energetic, self-motivated, and have a success-oriented personality.
5. Must have a business/financial understanding of food concepts.
6. 6-9 years experience in the Sales field in the retail/services industry.
