Assignment Details

The client, a Financial services company, has been working internally on a framework that helps define what drives value when private companies go public. This looks at parameters at the fundamental level on creating sustainable value, as well as markers that drive perception.

They are looking for a seasoned consultant to help them take this framework and develop it into a strategic end product that can taken to portfolio companies as well as investors.

The project will involve:

* Looking at the 7-9 parameters defined to see if any key aspects are missing based on quick research.
* Working with the client to make the thinking deeper incl. how would the framework be applied, how can it be leveraged as a forward looking tool by companies looking to hit the public markets.
* Developing a few case studies to bring the framework and thinking to life.
* Synthesising the framework into a high quality end product for the stakeholders identified.

Skills Required

- Seasoned strategy consultant with 8-10+ years in a top tier firm.
- Familiarity with public markets and how they work will be a huge plus.
- Ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.
