Assignment Details

Our client is an American nonprofit organization and is looking for a Senior Strategy and Management Consultant.

Responsibilities:

1.Results framework: The India Country Office (ICO) has used multiple frameworks and visualizations to depict the progress and pathway of our work to the cochairs, the Executive Leadership Team, and program teams. In this project, the consultant would be expected to take stock of such existing efforts across teams, and design and develop a comprehensive (yet reasonably parsimonious) results framework to show the progress of our work across portfolios.
2.BOW review and cleanup: The Foundation uses a construct called Bodies of Work (BOW) to document the problems and solutions we are committed to solving in our respective teams. The BOWs currently have varying degrees of clarity and structure in their articulation. In this project, the consultant would be expected to review and edit the BOWs for consistency and clarity across multiple teams.
3.On-boarding plan: ICO currently uses a standard onboarding deck and process, anchored by the Strategy Planning and Management team and the Hiring Manager for new employee orientation. In this project, the consultant would be expected to review all current material and process used for onboarding across teams, suggest and align on updates, develop the updated material and document the newly recommended process.

Skills Required

- 15-20 years of experience in the development sector, ideally with a mix of consulting, funding, and implementation background.
- Prior experience in the Measurement Learning and Evaluation space
- Prior experience in drafting strategy or investment case documents
