Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation, is looking to engage with a Consultant- Digital Healthcare Project Manager who will be a strong project partner for the commercial organisation working towards solutions from a digital-first perspective.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for ideation, planning, monitoring and measuring
results through a dynamic business landcape and assist towards providing a seamless customer experience.
- Facilitate digital solutions across teams - plan & manage projects
- Scan the market landscape to identify opportunity areas for novel and emerging
solution in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Support the development of best-in-class HCP solutions that are:
o Integrated, Immersive, and Interactive
o Drive hyper-personalized customer engagements for enhanced CX and optimal ROI
- Collaborate with brand teams to build partnerships with health-tech and start-up ecosystem to drive HCP acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to drive the implementation & localization of global customer experience solutions and frameworks.
- Create frameworks to effectively measure and monitor key KPIs to create an insights-driven engagement strategy across multiple communication channels to drive patient outreach.
- Work across the organization with a cross section of leaders to build an ecosystem and deliver solutions that solve complex challenges on the patient side.
1. Post-graduation from a reputed Indian / International institute is a must
2. At least 2-4 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry or health-tech/start up ecosystem.
3. Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meeting demanding timelines.
4. Proven knowledge and experience in translating insights into strategy and program design.
5. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate recommendations and solutions based on analysis.
