A well funded school curriculum and learning materials publishing company
Our client, a well funded education start-up, partners with schools and provides learning material and processes to create an interconnected system to drive learning. The consultant will be required to design and carry out a diagnostic of the company's sales team and processes. This is likely to include :
1) Identify a framework and metrics to use to assess sales performance across
- Processes & systems
- Sales outcomes
- People and culture
2) Drive the diagnostic based on the company's internal data over time, competitors ad learnings from other sales and distribution intensive industries
3) Identify whats working well and areas of improvement- overall, by region, by segment/product
4) Identify the top 3-5 improvement areas and help senior management design targeted sales transformation strategies
5) Initiate implementation and coach key stakeholders (as needed) on their roles in making effective changes happen
This is a 3-4 weeks role and the consultant will be supported by an analyst.
1. Leadership experience in managing and designing well performing sles organisations is a must
2. Experts who have experience in running sales transformation efforts, will be preferred.
3. Experience in the education and/or publishing space is a plus
4. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
