Assignment Details

Our client is a Non- Profit Trade Association of Indian Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness.
2. Work with Edcast team to ensure smooth integration and on boarding of new
partners
3. Front ending all partner discussions, ensuring due diligence of potential partners is done.
4. Developing partner relationships, identify partner success criteria and develop a robust governance
5. Participate in executive meetings with partners to capture key decisions and actions, to create follow up plans, track progress against the plan and report progress
6. Developing and executing a partner success strategy for the various partner categories
7. Create and maintain strategic partner summaries
8. Establish partner outreach through newsletters, dashboards etc.
9. Report out to stakeholders on key partner engagement metrics.

Note :- The project is based in Delhi(NCR) for a duration of 12 months, involving full time capacity.

Skills Required

1. Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA preferred
2. 12+ years experience in the IT industry in strategic account management
3. Ability to set goals, set up review cadence and achieving agreed outcomes
4. Ability to manage different stakeholders
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarise complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Good Customer Relationship Management skills and understanding of the customer base
7. Strong quantitative and data analysis skill with knowledge in advanced technological solutions.
8. Willing to travel.
